Great colonial-style hotel with a friendly and responsive staff. the location is excellent, just far enough from the busy city center but still within walking distance. the rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, fresh, and made to order. the personnel speaks perfect English, making communication much easier for those who don't speak Spanish.
No air-conditioning might be a problem in the hotter months, although there are fans available. the windows don't have screens, hence leaving them open at night may result in mosquito bites for those who are prone to them.

We stayed a couple of nights and the area where we had breakfast was very charming. It's close to many sights, which is nice if you want to explore the beautiful center. It’s also good that it's located outside of the tourist area. the rooms are a good size, tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms were clean. the staff were helpful and friendly. Plus, we had strong and reliable WIFI for free.
The location is a bit far from the center and you have to walk a bit out of the city center.

It was great to have TV and wifi in our cozy room during the Xmas holidays. The location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the city center and all the attractions. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome.
the breakfast was rather plain and lacked variety. We were looking forward to a more satisfying meal experience during our vacation.
